Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide QMS oversight compliant with Boeing processes, customer requirements, and international/regulatory requirements in support of MAST.
  • •Perform on-site QA management and conduct QA checks of maintenance technicians’ work activities for compliance with applicable Technical Orders/Publications.
  • •Review maintenance records using the 429 Transport Squadron ERKS system (ADAM).
  • •Conduct failure and forensic analysis for deficiency reporting; perform root cause analysis for non-conformance and prevent recurrence.
  • •Train and mentor employees in QMS/SMS, promote safety culture and first-time quality, and support mandatory reporting, audits, and occurrence follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of aerospace industry experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management.
  • •Experience managing performance-based aircraft maintenance contracts.
  • •Knowledge of Royal Canadian Air Force operations and aircraft maintenance practices.
  • •Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance and able to work on Canadian government/defense-related programs with no restrictions.
