Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the development and execution of the department short- to mid-term strategic plan and annual business plans.
  • •Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance (infrastructure, equipment, and utilities) to ensure safe, reliable operations.
  • •Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime and minimize disruptions.
  • •Manage a team of Facility & Maintenance Technicians and a Facility Admin Controller, including scheduling work, managing work orders, and performance evaluations.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations; manage vendors, inventory, and maintain timely documentation while monitoring KPIs and recommending corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or relevant work experience).
  • •9 years’ experience in a similar/related field, including 3 years in a managerial/leading position.
  • •Proven facility maintenance and management experience.
  • •Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • •Certifications in facility/maintenance management (e.g., CFM, CMRP) and demonstrated proficiency in English are preferred/required.
