Key Responsibilities

•Act as true Sephora ambassador to greet, advise and retain customers while delivering a first-class experience.
•Develop in-store sales by recommending Sephora products and services tailored to customer needs and preferences.
•Participate in in-store animations and meet sales targets and commercial challenges with enthusiasm.
•Collaborate with store teams to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge in a luxury retail environment.
•Contribute to building customer loyalty and develop employability in sales and luxury customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Minimum BAC+2 and a plan to pursue a professional certification as Conseiller(ère) Animateur(trice) de point de vente spécialisé (EMA SUP RNCP level IV)
•Dynamic, enthusiastic, and reactive with attention to detail and a clear commercial mindset
•Willingness to develop knowledge of cosmetics products and services and learn within Sephora’s training framework
•Ability to engage customers, build relationships and contribute to-store animations and commercial challenges
•Team player with interest in luxury retail and customer experience
