Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, vascular, musculoskeletal, and other specialty scans as required.
  • •Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety.
  • •Accurately capture diagnostic images and provide preliminary observations to support physician interpretation.
  • •Ensure proper patient preparation and monitoring during examinations, responding appropriately to adverse reactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or Medical/Diagnostic Imaging.
  • •Minimum 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in sonography or diagnostic imaging.
  • •Valid DOH (Abu Dhabi) license as a Radiography Technologist / Sonographer.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications (ACLS/PALS) may be required based on specialty.
  • •Additional certification in Sonography or a relevant specialty is preferred; experience in an accredited healthcare facility (e.g., JCIA) is preferred.
