Job Summary

Design and scale company-wide performance and development programs, from goal setting through reviews and calibration. Build manager training models (including compliance and interview training) that are easy for leaders to run while still delivering the rigor and performance signal the business needs. Partner with People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, and coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, internal applications, and Engineering to ensure programs meet policy and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and scale performance and development programs across the company as a cohesive system.
•Create lightweight, intuitive program mechanisms while generating the rigor needed to measure performance.
•Build a repeatable yet flexible manager training model covering compliance, interview training, and development.
•Select and operate L&D platforms to deliver, track, and report on manager training completion and effectiveness.
•Own performance and development policy design, interpretation, and compliance, including labor and employment law requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in people operations, HR generalist, or people program management with demonstrated stakeholder management experience.
•Demonstrated success designing and scaling performance and development or training programs adopted company-wide, including manager training models tracked via an L&D platform.
•Experience building tools and resources using technology to improve program efficiency and ease of use for leaders and employees.
•Strong program management background with the ability to design/optimize processes, integrate feedback, and communicate outcomes across levels.
•Solid understanding of HR policies and labor and employment law/compliance requirements related to performance management.
