Key Responsibilities

•Architect and scale change management strategies to land new sales motions, messaging standards, and methodologies across a global field force.
•Build the enablement infrastructure to support rapid field expansion and onboarding velocity in line with growth investments.
•Establish an agile, sprint-based operating model to deploy targeted messaging updates aligned with product innovation.
•Codify the playbook by embedding enterprise qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) into templates and scripts.
•Oversee regional, field, and partner enablement delivery, and coach frontline managers to enforce sales plays.

Key Requirements

•5+ years leading enablement or GTM strategy in enterprise B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling the function across rapid growth periods.
•Experience scaling global field and partner enablement teams, with data-driven coaching workflows for frontline managers.
•Deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and leveraging AI/automation to scale knowledge delivery.
•Strong change management capabilities to guide large field organizations through product portfolio expansions and messaging shifts.
•Ability to partner with Product/Engineering to deliver bite-sized, just-in-time learning to the field.
