Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day operations of the headquarters and serve as the primary point of contact for building management, facilities vendors, security, and employee issues.
  • •Build and optimize facilities operations including work order/ticketing systems, preventive maintenance schedules, vendor management, and space planning as headcount grows.
  • •Partner with building/property management and negotiate/manage service levels, repairs, and lease-related operational matters with Legal.
  • •Oversee the office security program (badge access, visitor management, emergency preparedness, incident response) in partnership with Legal, Security Operations, and IT.
  • •Manage facilities vendors and contractors, facilities budget, and employee/stakeholder workplace experience expectations including space needs planning and onsite event support.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or workplace operations, including managing a 500+ employee / 75,000+ square feet office.
  • •Ability to build facilities programs and processes from scratch, not only maintain existing operations.
  • •Experience managing relationships with building/property management, landlords, and external vendors.
  • •Experience designing or managing corporate physical security programs including badge access, visitor management, and emergency response.
  • •Comfort partnering directly with Legal on contracts, compliance, and risk.
