Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the design process with the Engineer of Record (EoR) and technical partners from project inception through construction documentation.
  • •Review technical requirements, validate design package scope boundaries, and develop and maintain the Design Management Plan.
  • •Manage design-related RFIs and changes, review project submittals for compliance, and coordinate approvals with subject matter experts.
  • •Coordinate issuance of finalized as-built drawings across construction phases, conduct site inspections/witness testing, and track non-conformances through resolution.
  • •Support close-out by coordinating commissioning plan compliance, monitoring close-out deficiencies and warranty items, and integrating as-built drawings and manuals into the management system.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management within commercial real estate or large-scale construction projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge of design standards, building codes, and construction processes.
