Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Change & Release Management function across IT, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, scheduled, implemented, communicated, and reviewed with minimal disruption.
  • •Own and continuously improve the Change Management process in ServiceNow, including change models, approval workflows, risk/impact fields, calendars, dashboards, and audit evidence.
  • •Oversee daily production releases, ensuring release plans include scope, impacted services, prerequisites, implementation steps, validation, communications, rollback plans, and post-release checks.
  • •Govern CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation standards across tools and enforce release gates, branching/versioning standards, environment promotion controls, and deployment traceability.
  • •Manage and mentor the Change & Release Management team and facilitate CAB, release readiness, go/no-go, and post-release review forums with clear decisions and ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 10+ years in Change Management, Release Management, DevOps, SRE, or IT Service Management, with at least 4+ years in a people leadership/team lead capacity.
  • •Strong knowledge of ITIL Change and Release Management, including CAB governance, risk assessment, change models, release calendars, and post-implementation reviews.
  • •Hands-on ServiceNow Change Management experience (workflows, approval routing, change calendars, reporting dashboards, templates, and audit evidence).
  • •Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, AWS CodeDeploy, or equivalent) and scripting/automation (Python, Shell, Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
