Support daily and monthly reconciliation of transactions and merchant payouts, ensuring accuracy of settlement and cash flow. Help investigate payout discrepancies and resolve billing/invoice issues with merchants and payment partners. Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, collections follow-ups, and maintain audit-ready records. Work in a fast-moving environment focused on frictionless payments for restaurants, partnering closely with operators and external stakeholders from day one.

Key Responsibilities

•Support daily and monthly reconciliation of transactions and merchant payouts to ensure accuracy.

•Assist in tracking payment flows, settlement status, and outstanding balances to support cash flow.
