Field Service Support Coordinator, Hourly - NM

Coordinate and schedule field service activities to meet customer demands and service-level agreements. Act as the communication liaison between field service engineers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring service documentation is maintained and updated. Help track and resolve service issues to improve customer satisfaction, while supporting technician coordination tasks such as vehicle requirements, supplies, safety training coordination, and administrative onboarding/offboarding.
