Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain compliance with safety, security, quality, and laboratory training requirements, including the Chemical Hygiene Plan.
  • •Safely work with hazardous materials and chemicals in laboratory and cleanroom/fab environments.
  • •Independently lead and perform routine and sophisticated operations and maintenance on equipment.
  • •Conduct experiments, analyze data, and ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and communication of results to stakeholders.
  • •Adapt to a fast-paced technical environment by learning continuously and supporting additional lab priorities with minimal direction.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Chemistry or a related science discipline with relevant industrial laboratory experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • •Hands-on expertise with analytical instrumentation, including ICP-OES/ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, HPLC/LCMS, GC/GCMS, and molecular spectroscopy (FTIR, UV/Vis/NIR, Raman).
  • •Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional support.
  • •Familiarity with AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • •Flexibility to support evolving business needs and standard shifts (A, C, E, F), possibly including nights.
