•Drive Broker Strategy & Market Presence: Own and evolve Allianz’s broker engagement model to deliver a differentiated, value-led proposition; build deep, trusted relationships with key broker partners while acting as a senior ambassador for the Allianz brand.
•Deliver Commercial Performance: Lead the delivery of growth and retention targets with a focus on sustainable, profitable outcomes; drive business development and conversion in partnership with Underwriting and Distribution teams.
•Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams: Inspire and lead the Commercial Development Executive team; coach and develop talent to build capability aligned to future commercial needs.
•Shape Strategy & Customer Proposition: Provide market insight and strategic input to Executive Management on emerging trends and opportunities; collaborate across functions to develop customer-centric propositions.
•Governance & Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal sales standards; oversee financial performance, cost discipline and operational efficiency.
