Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the hauler to ensure safe-to-drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Meet shift availability requirements, including working 7am–5pm or 11am–9pm and availability 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Physically able to perform demanding tasks (including loading/unloading, walking/standing 8+ hours, and lifting/pushing/pulling 50 lbs) and drive safely.
  • •Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card; candidates must also be able to obtain a Notary within 90 days (and meet any state-specific DMV/title and registration requirements).
