Job Summary

Own the product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle for a Merchant Solutions SMB Cards portfolio, defining roadmap, KPIs, and business cases to launch and optimize branded credit card and payment offerings. Build executive partnerships across Visa, Mastercard, issuing banks, processors, and fintech partners, driving commercial negotiations and P&L performance. Lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and integrate digital-first card experiences into the Clover and Fiserv merchant ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the Merchant Solution Cards portfolio.
•Lead product development from ideation through launch and continuous enhancement, partnering with Engineering and Design for digital-first card experiences.
•Build and scale executive relationships with Visa, Mastercard, issuing banks, processors, fintech partners, and other ecosystem participants; lead commercial negotiations.
•Develop business cases and own product P&L performance, growth targets, and financial outcomes; optimize pricing, rewards, acquisition strategies, and portfolio economics.
•Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve underwriting, fraud detection, customer servicing, personalization, and portfolio management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 316,800 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive product management experience in payments, financial services, fintech, banking, or card issuing.
•Proven experience launching and scaling branded credit card or commercial card products.
•Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including issuing, acquiring, card networks, processors, and financial institutions.
•Experience owning product strategy, commercialization, and financial performance (including growth targets).
•Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments.
