Support production operations for the venue by maintaining manuals and training materials, assisting production staff, and helping manage daily/weekly show scheduling. Track budgets and financials, maintain inventory and maintenance logs, and oversee safe, consistent operation of audio, lighting, backline, and video systems. Coordinate interdepartmental communication, stage crew management, vendor records, and organize past show files on shared drives.
