Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain department manuals, training materials, and documentation, including past-show files on the shared drive.
  • •Create daily/weekly show schedules and coordinate distribution of information to operations leadership in a timely manner.
  • •Help manage stage, sound, and lighting crews and coordinate technical and hospitality details for shows/events.
  • •Oversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, and video systems; advise on repairs and ensure safe, consistent equipment operation.
  • •Support budgeting needs by tracking department financial aspects, creating and maintaining inventory/maintenance logs, and keeping vendor records using purchase ordering systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior production experience in an entertainment venue, including tour and stage production experience.
