Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Investments and Treasury team, owning results, processes, and strategic development.
  • •Create, implement, and control investment strategies in line with group and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage investment portfolios and define strategic and tactical asset allocation in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • •Own liquidity, cash flow, treasury operations, and payment operations.
  • •Guarantee ALM process delivery and investment return planning; advise top management and other departments.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in economics or mathematics.
  • •5+ years of experience in investments, asset management, treasury, financial markets, banking, or insurance.
  • •3+ years leading an expert team.
  • •Strong knowledge of investment instruments, portfolio management, and ALM, plus ability to analyze finance and risk.
  • •CFA certification (or equivalent) and C1-level English for communication with international management and financial institutions.
