•Hire, coach, and develop relationship managers to help them achieve targets and industry-leading performance.
•Lead a team of 3-5 relationship managers to deliver >100% NRR and commercial success.
•Own team metrics and drive plans to exceed renewal success, upsells, product adoption, license utilization, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
•Impact team member performance, growth, collaboration, and development through coaching and mentorship.
•Partner with internal teams (Support, Sales, Product, etc.) and RM leaders to refine processes and improve customer success over time.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience, with 3+ years in customer success, account management, or relationship management (SaaS experience is a bonus).
•2+ years managing a relationship management team and/or leading as a team lead in sales or account management, including executing upsells.
•Passion for developing people through coaching and helping your team reach full potential.
•Demonstrated ability leading a customer-facing team and managing a book of business, developing best practices, and driving strategic customer value.
•Experience owning and managing customer renewals, upsells, and revenue targets, with strong organizational skills and familiarity with technology-based solutions.
