Key Responsibilities

•Develop finance strategy and provide analytical support to enable fact-based decision making across the APAC region.
•Present financial analyses of regional operations to monitor budget achievement and provide comments to regional and group management.
•Provide high-quality, focused financial information to support profitable development and proactive decision-making across the region.
•Lead and coach country controllers and accounting managers in accounting matters and financial controls.
•Manage budgeting, business planning, and forecasting processes according to corporate procedures and support budget holders with system usage.

Key Requirements

•1) Strong analytical and data analytics skills with experience in finance reporting
•2) Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
•3) Familiarity with financial systems implementation and maintenance (e.g., SAP, CFIN)
