Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide visible leadership with safety as the highest operational priority and ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, environmental, and applicable laws.
  • •Lead and develop plant management and supervisory teams; set performance expectations and ensure accountability for safety, quality, productivity, service, cost, and employee development.
  • •Direct daily plant operations to meet production, quality, delivery, and profitability goals, using schedules, output metrics, and root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
  • •Establish and maintain quality expectations, address customer concerns and nonconforming material, and lead quality-improvement and corrective-action initiatives.
  • •Oversee financial management and key plant functions including P&L review, budgets/forecasts, inventory, shipping, yard operations, and maintenance/facility management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of two years of experience as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent manufacturing leader.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading supervisors, managers, or multiple operational departments.
  • •Experience managing production schedules, staffing, quality, inventory, maintenance, shipping, and operational performance.
