Associate Process Improvement Engineer

Support facility process improvement and continuous improvement projects by analyzing work methods, labor utilization, production costs, and operational data. Help develop work measurement standards, optimize worker efficiency and equipment utilization, and implement waste-reduction initiatives using industrial engineering principles. Maintain management systems for cost and job evaluation, develop SOPs, manage multiple projects within schedule and budget, and coach plant employees on using Smithfield’s Management Operating System.
