Key Responsibilities

  • •Use business analytics and industrial engineering tools to analyze organizational and project information, identify worker functions/responsibilities, and detect duplication.
  • •Establish work measurement programs and analyze work samples to develop labor utilization standards.
  • •Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data (production costs, process flow charts, production schedules) to improve efficiency and utilization.
  • •Review and implement methods to improve worker efficiency and reduce waste of materials/utilities, including monitoring installation and ensuring specifications and budget are met.
  • •Develop SOPs, maintain cost/financial/job evaluation management systems, and manage multiple continuous improvement projects within schedule and budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
  • •Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time; may support multi-plant locations.
