Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end applications for the Quality Product Service Line by understanding business processes across multiple products and applications.
  • •Execute ITIL-aligned support for incident, problem, change, and configuration management while monitoring and resolving critical events, alerts, and major incidents.
  • •Handle application deployment, entry into service, and post-production runmode operations, ensuring 24/7 access on the SAP platform.
  • •Monitor SLO metrics/KPIs and manage application availability, including environment monitoring/alerts, recovery actions, RCA, and follow-up until completion.
  • •Coordinate IT operation specialists and suppliers, set up/improve the L1/2/3 support model, and maintain up-to-date operational and design documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Academic degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • •6 to 8 years experience as an IT Consultant.
  • •4 to 6 years of experience developing SAP UI5 applications following standard design guidelines.
  • •2 to 4 years of functional and technical skills in SAP HCM & QM modules within an industrial context.
  • •SAP ABAP experience (minimum 5 to 6 years) and ITIL/ITSM certification.
