Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, coordinate, and serve as liaison to facilities projects including construction and maintenance operations.
  • •Coordinate projects to ensure vendors meet SpaceX standards and codes, and deliver services, materials, and craftsmanship.
  • •Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and RFP documents; gather proposals and assign contracts.
  • •Track project status including permit/inspection work; implement cost, schedule, and scope controls.
  • •Maintain a safe work site by enforcing safety requirements and observing OSHA and applicable regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering discipline.
  • •2+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, construction management and/or facilities management.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
  • •Ability to independently and effectively manage projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • •Ability to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
