Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with clients to lead assessment discussions, interviews, and provide expert guidance and solutions.
  • •Conduct security assessments by analyzing documentation, collecting evidence, performing testing, and evaluating compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF.
  • •Perform vulnerability scanning and analysis using tools such as Nessus, ACAS, DB Protect, WebInspect, NMAP, and DISA STIGs/STIG Viewer.
  • •Identify and apply vulnerability remediations, fix procedures, and mitigation techniques; recommend and validate remediation actions.
  • •Prepare customer-facing reports/attestations and lead technical/compliance discussions while coordinating and guiding cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology required.
  • •U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a necessary security clearance required by government customers (active SECRET clearance).
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
  • •3+ years of experience performing and/or participating in FISMA security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities.
  • •Industry certification required (e.g., CCNA Security; other listed advanced cybersecurity certifications also acceptable).
