Job Summary

Drive a company shuttle on a fixed route to safely pick up and drop off employees between Perth Amboy/Secaucus Junction and the RealReal Authentication Center. You’ll maintain punctual schedule adherence, use maps or GPS for efficient navigation, and communicate with your manager while tracking passenger trips. Occasionally you’ll flex to support merchandise pickups and deliveries, assist with loading/unloading, escalate issues as needed, and keep the van clean and road-ready.

•Operate the employee shuttle on a designated schedule to pick up and drop off employees between assigned locations.
•Use maps or GPS to follow assigned routes and ensure timely arrivals.
•Pivot as needed to handle merchandise pickups and deliveries or run full operational routes based on daily needs.
•Maintain clear communication with your manager and keep accurate records of passenger pickups and drop-offs.
•Maintain daily van cleanliness and report routine or unexpected maintenance needs.
