Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, launch, and manage user access review campaigns in the IGA platform (Saviynt), including validating campaign scope and ensuring proper closure.
  • •Coordinate campaign schedules, monitor progress, track completion status, and manage escalations for overdue reviews.
  • •Provide direct support to reviewers and certifiers, including answering questions and developing user guidance materials (job aids, FAQs).
  • •Perform post-certification lookback to confirm revoked access removal, coordinating remediation follow-ups and documenting revocation exceptions.
  • •Produce campaign reporting and maintain audit-ready evidence, supporting audit and compliance requests with access review artifacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
