Perform lab testing for climate equipment and components, following relevant standards and test methods. Troubleshoot issues during testing (about 30%), manage and maintain test equipment with guidance, and support diagnostics and repairs for test-related instruments. Calibrate test equipment and assist with prototyping modifications while collaborating with other lab team members to deliver tests on schedule.
