Job Summary

Own an applied AI surface area across the GTM revenue lifecycle, building and refining AI agents that model practitioner judgment and improve decision-making in live workflows. You’ll conduct stakeholder research, design agent architecture and retrieval logic, and continuously monitor adoption and output quality. Embedded in pipeline reviews, QBRs, renewals, and account strategy, you’ll ensure systems are grounded in cross-functional context and generate measurable revenue and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct stakeholder research across the GTM motion and translate findings into a prioritized backlog with feasibility scoring, dependencies, and stakeholders.
•Build and refine AI agents for your revenue-lifecycle domain, contributing to system architecture, retrieval logic, and output calibration; ship solutions against real workflows.
•Stay embedded in regional operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewal planning, account strategy) to keep field context close to development.
•Own reliability and quality: monitor adoption, diagnose output failures, and continuously tune and iterate without handoff to an ops team.
•Partner cross-functionally (Growth Engineering, PMM, Solutions Consulting, Pricing, Customer Success, leadership) to ensure systems are adopted by users and help shape the AI function’s playbook.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role with direct involvement in the commercial motion (e.g., Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Account Executive, Sales Leadership, or GTM strategy) at a B2B SaaS company.
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes, with concrete examples.
•Technical fluency to engage on integration architecture and contribute to prompt design, retrieval logic, and data workflows (e.g., Python, APIs, integrations).
•Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the day-to-day reality of GTM personas (AEs, SCs, BDRs, sales leadership, CS, and business value teams).
•Strong field credibility with experience in executive-level customer engagement and a track record of taking solutions through problem identification to field adoption.
