Customer Sales & Service Rep I

Deliver exceptional customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry, building strong customer relationships while answering questions via in-person, phone, or online ordering. Prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery, and proactively identify opportunities to grow sales. Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and improve business performance, while assisting with merchandising, inventory, and other store tasks in a safe environment.
