Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage the executive’s calendar by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • •Gather stakeholder inputs and prepare materials for leadership and 1:1 meetings
  • •Organize meetings, offsites, activities, including agendas, documentation, and next steps
  • •Coordinate meeting logistics and visitor coordination (including building security)
  • •Arrange domestic and international travel and process business expenses
