Serve as a teller across multiple branches in the region, performing standard teller duties while traveling as needed. Key Responsibilities

•Perform teller duties across branches within a region, including accepting deposits and processing loan payments.
•Cash checks, savings withdrawals, and cash advances; handle stop payment and hold orders within authority.
•Assist with night depository and vault-related duties including logging bags and balancing vault currency/coin.
•Operate computer systems to process account activity, determine balances, resolve problems, and process teller work through branch capture.
•Provide customer service, refer/cross-sell bank products, and maintain records, files, and reports; complete compliance courses.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
•Intermediate knowledge of bank operations, products and services, and related state/federal laws and bank policies.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
•Intermediate skills operating a computer terminal/personal computer, including word processing, spreadsheets, and specialty software.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/drive between branches; ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers.
