•Enable business outcomes across corporate functions by executing technology, transformation, and change initiatives with clarity and measurable impact.
•Provide end-to-end portfolio and program management leadership across multiple corporate domains, setting governance models and performance metrics.
•Lead workplace experience research, design, and optimization to improve employee interaction with corporate tools, services, and workflows.
•Define and deliver enterprise digital adoption strategies, including role-based training and capability-building programs.
•Set enterprise standards for organizational change management and lead AI skill building and GenAI adoption programs.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD.
•15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT, including managing globally distributed teams.
•Senior executive experience (VP level or equivalent) leading large-scale, global, cross-functional organizations.
•Proven track record delivering enterprise technology, transformation, or enablement initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
•Deep expertise in portfolio/program management, workplace technology, employee experience, organizational change management, or digital adoption; AI/GenAI enablement experience is strongly preferred.
