Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable business outcomes across corporate functions by executing technology, transformation, and change initiatives with clarity and measurable impact.
  • •Provide end-to-end portfolio and program management leadership across multiple corporate domains, setting governance models and performance metrics.
  • •Lead workplace experience research, design, and optimization to improve employee interaction with corporate tools, services, and workflows.
  • •Define and deliver enterprise digital adoption strategies, including role-based training and capability-building programs.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD.
  • •15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT, including managing globally distributed teams.
  • •Senior executive experience (VP level or equivalent) leading large-scale, global, cross-functional organizations.
  • •Proven track record delivering enterprise technology, transformation, or enablement initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • •Deep expertise in portfolio/program management, workplace technology, employee experience, organizational change management, or digital adoption; AI/GenAI enablement experience is strongly preferred.
