Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair Miele household appliances at the customer site as part of the after-sales service.
  • •Load daily work orders on your laptop and handle interventions autonomously in your region.
  • •Answer customer questions competently and advise on using appliances.
  • •Create on-site offers for replacement appliances.
  • •Represent Miele to customers through your qualifications and professionalism.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as an electrician (monteur électricien) or equivalent knowledge in a related profession.
  • •A Swiss CFC as basic training in the electrical field (or related).
  • •Experience in refrigeration/cold technology is an advantage.
  • •Independence and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • •French is your native language; you live in the Neuchâtel/Yverdon region.
