Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Proactively outreach and follow up, process basic transactions, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products while partnering with branch teams to deliver an accurate, consistent client experience and operational excellence.
