Join an Advanced Technology Development team in the Device Characterization Lab to support RF/DC/pulse characterization and wafer testing. You’ll help perform on-wafer s-parameter measurements up to 70GHz, contribute to SPICE modeling and measurement development, and troubleshoot test setups using test chip layouts and documented plans. The role includes operating and maintaining lab equipment, supporting calibration and lab safety, and collecting detailed experimental technology data.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform technical functions supporting engineering activities, including on-wafer RF/DC/pulse characterization and measurement development.
•Support load-pull and RF noise figure on-wafer characterization up to 70GHz.
•Help with testing, checkout, and troubleshooting using test chip layouts and written/verbal plans.
•Conduct engineering and experimental tests to collect technology data or assist research work.
•Perform operational test and fault isolation; support equipment readiness, calibration, lab safety, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma/GED.
•Minimum of 5 years of RF component characterization experience (e.g., CMOS, bipolar, passive devices) for s-parameters.
•5 years of wafer-level characterization experience.
•Load-pull and RF noise parameter experience.
•Fundamental knowledge of electronics and technical science, mechanics/mechatronics, and applied electrical.
