Job Summary

Own the post-sale Client Services relationship for assigned clients, providing operational support to help them realize value from Visa products. Partner with Sales and Product teams to drive outcomes aligned to account plans, including new product implementation, geographic expansion, and adoption initiatives. Define and deploy client support/service strategies using tools and automation, manage complex issues as escalation point, and support client education through training materials and operational reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the holistic post-sale Client Services operational relationship and provide support to grow clients’ business.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement new Visa products and accelerate time to value and adoption.
•Build and maintain client advocate status by executing Client Success Plans and tracking adoption and performance outcomes.
•Design and deliver initiatives (including use of Visa self-tools) to improve product adoption and client experience.
•Serve as escalation point for significant issues and lead operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Communicate complex technical or business concepts in business language tailored to clients.
•Use analytical skills to summarize data into business solutions and recommendations.
•Prioritize and multitask effectively under deadlines while working across countries and time zones.
•Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•Have knowledge of the payments industry and hold certifications/qualifications related to client/customer success or project management (or similar).
