Lead second-line risk management for India, partnering with the business to deliver Wise’s risk management framework and a strategy tailored to local regulatory needs. Implement risk appetite and policies, manage regulatory engagement, and oversee risk/controls self-assessments with advisory challenge. Investigate incidents for root cause and impact, report updates to the local Board and Regional Head of Risk, and collaborate with product teams to integrate risk insights into launches and emerging risks.
