Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee APAC office environments for workplace experience, facilities management, workplace health and safety, workplace sustainability, and office lease management.
  • •Manage and inspire the regional Workplace Experience team and external service providers, ensuring best practices, cost governance, and strategic alignment.
  • •Progress the workplace experience and supporting real estate strategy to improve the colleague office experience and enable hybrid working.
  • •Provide strategic guidance as part of the global Workplace Experience and Real Estate Leadership team on risks, opportunities, and issues.
  • •Oversee global workplace health and safety and Emergency Response Planning, while leading large projects and managing OpEx/CapEx budgets to approved levels.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive corporate experience leading workplaces (office facilities), workplace programming and space design, corporate real estate lease management, workplace sustainability, and health & safety.
  • •Experience with project/change management and leading large workplace design, construction, and service delivery initiatives in a multinational setting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or corporate real estate, or equivalent experience.
  • •Currently reside within a commutable distance (50 miles) of Bangalore or Kuala Lumpur and be in the office 3-4 days a week.
  • •Demonstrated multi-site operations experience with facilities and project management across geographically distributed offices.
