Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Emirates Programs execution from sales handover through delivery and program closure, including commitment item closure.
  • •Lead local Discovery Dubai teams (Content Integration, LFM and local engineers) and ensure defined scope, deliverables, and milestone objectives for H/W and S/W topics.
  • •Coordinate bid and bid-management activities by developing program management bid inputs, identifying risks, and coordinating technical responses.
  • •Maintain program tracking and records (MAP), program master schedule, and internal change orders; run kickoffs and program team meetings to review performance and customer satisfaction.
  • •Manage program financial performance (P&L, budgets, expenditures) and coordinate customer communications and key reviews (e.g., PDR/CDR/FAI/PMR), including PO receipt support and program closure activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7-9+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • •5+ years of program management or PMO experience.
  • •Experience working in the aviation industry or on international avionics projects.
  • •Demonstrated customer-facing skills with high-level decision makers.
  • •Proven financial skills for business case development, value proposition, and strong numerical analysis (Excel).
