Job Summary

Design, implement, optimize, and support scalable multitenant technology solutions for internal users and external clients. Act as a subject matter expert across platforms, services, vendors, and applications, providing escalation and second-line support. Drive automation by identifying repetitive operational workflows, evaluate new vendors/technologies, maintain technical documentation, and monitor vendor roadmaps to support integrations and continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a subject matter expert for multitenant technology solutions across platforms, services, vendors, and applications.
•Provide escalation and second-line support to end users and other team members.
•Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and implement solutions aligned with best practices.
•Identify manual or repetitive operational processes and develop opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
•Monitor vendor roadmaps and releases, support platform integrations, and work with vendors to escalate and resolve technical support issues.

Key Requirements

•4-year college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4+ years in IT, or 8+ years overall IT experience.
•Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft 365/Office 365, and Active Directory.
•2+ years using an automation or scripting language such as PowerShell.
•2+ years working with SQL or related relational databases.
•1+ year administering tools such as ConnectWise Manage/ScreenConnect/CPQ/Sell/BrightGauge, NinjaOne, or Audigy; plus experience with REST API integrations.
