Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly bank account and credit card reconciliations and support accurate month-end close.
  • •Prepare journals and supporting documentation for the month-end close process.
  • •Prepare and maintain daily cash sheets and complete cash module setup, maintenance, and close activities.
  • •Research, investigate, and resolve outstanding checks and other reconciling items.
  • •Manage unclaimed property workflows, including identification, review, escheatment, annual reporting, and due diligence outreach.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years of related work experience preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • •Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Lawson preferred.
