Job Summary

Oversee the technical delivery of AV Integration projects by reviewing new project documentation and finalizing engineering deliverables ahead of installation and commissioning. Create and validate design documents (including CAD-based drawings, network coordination, cable pull sheets, and BOM) and support project teams with engineering submittal packages. Collaborate with commissioning and programming teams to troubleshoot issues, assemble as-built closeout documentation, and provide on-site support for installation work.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the technical delivery of AV integration projects from review through installation and commissioning.
•Review and finalize preliminary design documents, including validating SOW/contract completeness, feasibility, and technical/logistical risks.
•Create engineering deliverables using CAD (e.g., infrastructure drawings, floor/ceiling plans, equipment placement, riser diagrams, elevations) and generate cable pull sheets/network coordination.
•Finalize the Bill of Materials and provide engineering documents for submittal packages and project closeout (including as-built drawings and programming files).
•Collaborate with commissioning/programming and installation teams to create checklists/guides, troubleshoot technical issues, and support field handoffs (including travel to job sites).
