Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and support end-to-end DAM/MAM supply chain workflows including ingest, metadata validation/enrichment, automated QC, transcoding, versioning, derivatives, packaging, delivery, and archival.
  • •Build and support API-based integrations between internal and third-party tooling and clients across upstream/downstream systems (e.g., MAMs, encoders, delivery platforms, analytics, metadata stores).
  • •Partner with Engineering to implement REST APIs, MCP integrations, webhooks, JSON/XML schemas/contracts, event-driven patterns, and authentication models.
  • •Create integration workflows and automations using low-code and automation platforms to orchestrate cross-system handoffs and reduce manual touchpoints.
  • •Advise and manage vendor engagement, including feature requests, issue escalation, release validation, and platform upgrade risk/benefits.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years building scalable workflow solutions with low-code platforms (Java, Python, or YAML) using full-stack development approaches.
  • •3+ years in an operational, product, support, or customer-facing role in a media or technology company.
  • •3+ years demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills.
  • •3+ years with excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal skills, project management, and presentation abilities.
  • •Comfort designing and supporting media workflow systems (including DAM/MAM solutions and metadata/video/audio workflows).
