Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional service to each customer in a proactive and positive way.
  • •Work with Store Leader and team to achieve store targets and retail performance.
  • •Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for On's store systems.
  • •Lead or participate in On’s community activities and local events.
  • •Create an inclusive customer experience by treating all customers with respect and staying aware of market trends and competitive activity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree; the combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •Demonstrated ability to greet customers in English and communicate clearly.
  • •Entrepreneurial and team spirit with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Out-of-the-box thinker and resourceful problem-solver when faced with challenges.
