•Lead priority US Federal proposal and presentation efforts from pre-RFP positioning through interview stage, collaborating with regional and business line teams.
•Manage large, complex must-win pursuits and facilitate capture-support workshops to develop win strategy.
•Develop proposal components including cover letters, executive summaries, past performance, management approaches, and resumes/staffing sections.
•Ensure compliance, quality, and documentation (annotated outlines, compliance lists, schedules) and maintain proposal/project filing on secure systems and CRM.
•Support Go/No-Go and greenlight analyses, facilitate color reviews, gather client feedback, and apply lessons learned to improve future proposals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (preferably Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related) and 6+ years of related proposal experience, ideally in US Federal Civilian and/or DoD.
•Working knowledge of the A/E industry, including federal clients, projects, people, credentials, and competitors.
•Demonstrated leadership experience delivering multi-disciplinary or multi-geography proposals valued at over $20 million.
•Strong understanding of proposal and presentation best practices and tools to address evaluation criteria clearly.
•Strong proposal writing and editing skills (grammar and style) plus proficiency with desktop publishing, graphics, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
