Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain high-performance online services for TikTok recommendation systems.
  • •Create extremely efficient, reliable data pipelines for candidate generation, profile generation, training examples, and real-time online training.
  • •Develop globalized large-scale recommendation systems.
  • •Design and develop high-performance computing frameworks and storage systems.
  • •Research, design, and develop computer and network software, and work with hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
  • •Experience programming in at least one of: C, C++, Java, or Golang.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with a sense of ownership and drive.
  • •Experience in e-commerce-related areas.
  • •Experience in at least one area such as personalized recommendations, search engine, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks is a plus.
