  • •Serve as SME and technical liaison to programs/IPTs, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • •Oversee technical performance of design teams and provide lifecycle engineering guidance
  • •Lead proposal efforts, EAC activities, and manage schedule, cost, and technical commitments
  • •Drive TDP development, peer reviews, and hardware engineering process improvements

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.
  • •Mechanical equipment design and development experience, preferably in defense/military environments.
  • •Proven engineering team leadership with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance; project budgeting and scheduling experience.
  • •Prior Experience collaborating within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and cross-functional organizations, including customer engagement.
  • •Experience with hands-on mechanical design, from trade studies and concept development through production transition and supplier support.
