Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop an end-to-end manufacturing test strategy, architecture, coverage, and requirements across component, subsystem, and final product test.
  • •Design, integrate, validate, and qualify test equipment, fixtures, instrumentation, software, and automation for production.
  • •Partner with Engineering, NPI, Quality, Industrial Engineering, and manufacturing partners to develop test processes and ensure readiness for manufacturing launch.
  • •Improve test coverage, repeatability, throughput, cycle time, yield, and cost while reducing false failures and unnecessary test content.
  • •Deploy, qualify, and sustain test solutions with manufacturing partners to support production ramp and high-volume manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •15+ years of engineering leadership in test engineering, manufacturing test, or product test within semiconductor, photonics, electronics, or advanced computing, including 5+ years leading teams.
  • •Subject matter expertise in manufacturing test architecture, test equipment, instrumentation, fixtures, automation, and test software.
  • •Experience developing and qualifying test solutions for complex electrical, optical, and high-speed products from NPI through high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Proven success optimizing test coverage, yield, throughput, cycle time, repeatability, and cost.
