•Mentor and develop Design Managers, Project Managers and technical specialists across the broader Highways team.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients including state government agencies, local government authorities and major infrastructure delivery partners.
•Oversee project portfolios, ensuring technical excellence, commercial performance and successful client outcomes.
