Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end equity closing process, including checklists, documentation review, and coordination to meet all conditions.
  • •Monitor equity performance (capital calls, benchmarks, due diligence) and prepare funding packages, including tracking grant disbursements.
  • •Perform post-closing administration such as system setup, tracking closing binders, and verifying transaction compliance with credit approval requirements.
  • •Support debt and equity servicing tasks, including clearing exceptions and responding to audit requests.
  • •Communicate with peers and business partners on transactions and exceptions; escalate problems and updates on daily workflow and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 2 years of Loan Closing, Loan Servicing, Construction Loan, or LIHTC equity experience (or a combination).
  • •3+ years of Loan Closing or Loan Servicing experience (preferred).
  • •1+ year of experience reviewing loan or legal documentation (preferred).
  • •Ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and influence internal and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
